Getting started

Open the app and empty your head into it — typed or dictated, in any order. Tap “Done — organize it” and Dumpli turns the pile into a plan: what belongs to today, what can wait, what is only an idea for someday. Confirm the plan and the Today screen shows you one next action at a time.

You never sort anything by hand. There are no projects, tags or folders to set up, and no account to create.

The free plan and Dumpli Pro

The free plan gives you three dumps a week, forever. Your tasks, plan, reminders and history are all free — the limit is only on how often AI rebuilds the plan for you.

Dumpli Pro removes that limit and adds the AI focus and ordering in the Morning Brief, plus the diagnosis in the Stuck review. It comes as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription; the price shown in the app is the price for your country.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple, not by us. To change plan or cancel, open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Dumpli, or use this direct link. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro keeps working until the period you already paid for ends.

Changed device, or reinstalled the app? Open Settings inside Dumpli (the gear icon on the Today screen) → Restore purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple Account, so it comes back without paying again.

Refunds are issued by Apple rather than by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app was at fault, email us too — it helps us fix it.

Something isn't working

“Couldn't reach the organizer”

Organizing a dump needs an internet connection, because that is the step where AI builds the plan. Check that you are online and tap to try again. Nothing you wrote is lost while this happens — you can always save the dump straight to Later and organize it afterwards. If it keeps failing on a good connection, email us: it is on our side, not yours.

Dictation doesn't start

The microphone button needs two permissions the first time: Microphone and Speech Recognition. If you declined either, switch them back on in Settings → Dumpli. Typing works regardless.

Reminders aren't arriving

Dumpli asks for notification permission after your first plan is confirmed. If you said no, enable it in Settings → Dumpli → Notifications. Reminders are scheduled by your iPhone itself, so they also arrive offline — but a reminder only exists if the dump mentioned a time (“call mum at 6”).

A task disappeared

Nothing is deleted without you. Items that aren't for today move to the Later tab — check Soon and Someday there. Anything pushed out of Today with “Not today” lands in the same place, and you can swipe it back.

The plan got it wrong

On the plan screen, tap any item to rename, split, move or delete it before you confirm. AI proposes; you decide what the day looks like.

Your data

There is no account, and your tasks, plans and history live on your iPhone only. Deleting the app deletes them — permanently, and with no copy left with us, so export anything you want to keep first by writing it down elsewhere.

The little we hold on the server — a device key, a usage counter, your subscription status — can be erased on request: email akobirxujaalixonov@gmail.com. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

Accessibility

Dumpli supports Dynamic Type, Dark Mode and VoiceOver throughout, and is available in English and Russian. If something is hard to use with the settings you rely on, please tell us — it will be treated as a bug.
